Here at Topcôte we drop our appointment bookings at the end of each month for the following month. Please follow our Instagram- @thetopcote to receive announcements on the date and time on when we will release our calendar. Our Instagram and website are linked, so feel free check our site out for the most up to date announcements! Deposits are required and NON-REFUNDABLE. We kindly require our first time clients to please come in with bare nails. We DO NOT remove another salons' work as it can impede on our appointment with you. We may cancel your appointment if you arrive with another salons' service on. Face masks are REQUIRED.

Unfortunately we won’t have any walk-in appointments available until further notice. Please make an appointment for your desired service (s). For us to accommodate you and our other clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running behind, please contact our salon to reschedule. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment we ask you to notify us 24-48 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding!

Every client will be asked to sanitize their hands before beginning their service. This policy will also apply to our employees. We kindly and respectfully ask you to please wear a mask upon entering the salon and throughout your entire service (s). Our team members are required to wear masks and hands will be sanitized before starting your appointment. We will limit our appointments to reduce the number of people in the salon to lessen COVID exposure. Our salon has built-in exhaust fans to expel any fumes/odors for proper air ventilation. We will be servicing our clients with their own disposable pedicure and manicure kit. All non-disposable implements such as cuticle pushers, nippers, clippers, nail drill bits, and polish scrapers will be sterilized after each use with a medical grade sterilizer called an ultrasonic sterilizer unit. After each sterilization, tools are packed in sealed sterilized pouches.
